➊ 预约及付款须知

• 现场尾款不支持银行卡支付（可开具现金收据）。
• 如无明确预约意向，却重复预约多个时间段以占用名额，预约将自动取消。
• 预约人姓名、汇款人姓名及汇款金额必须完全一致，预约方可确认。
• 汇款备注不可包含外文、日期或时间，且不支持分次付款。
• 预约金须于预约后 1小时内 完成汇款。汇款确认约需 1–3小时，请至 My Page（我的预约） 查看预约状态（不另行通知）。

➋ 入场及拍摄须知

• 请于预约时间前5分钟到场入内，不可提前超过5分钟入场。
• 到达预约时间后将立即开始拍摄，不另预留准备时间。
• 陪同人员不得入场，即使连续预约多个时段，也仅限该时段拍摄者本人入场。

➌ 迟到及爽约（No-Show）规定 ★重要★

• 如迟到，拍摄及修图时间将按迟到时长相应缩短。
• 超过预约时间10分钟，无论任何原因均视为爽约（No-Show），不可退款或更改预约。
  （包括个人原因、感染新冠、急诊就医等所有情况）
• 爽约标准为10分钟，并不代表可迟到10分钟，请务必准时到场。

本工作室采用预约制，预约时间包含拍摄前准备、拍摄及整体流程安排。以上规定旨在确保所有顾客均能获得一致的服务品质，敬请理解。

➍ 修图说明

• 修图以自然效果为原则，并将在合理范围内尽量满足您的需求。
• 修图将于现场确认完成。
• 修图完成后，不提供再次修图或重新拍摄。

➎ 取消及退款规定

以拍摄日期为准

• 提前14天以上：全额退款
• 提前13–8天：退款50%
• 提前7天至拍摄当天：不可退款

• 取消预约请于 My Page（我的预约） 自行申请。
• 更改商品或预约日期，请先取消原预约后重新预约；如产生手续费，将按相同规定收取。
• 预约可自行转让他人使用。
• 退款将于工作人员确认后人工处理，可能需要一定时间。

➊ Reservation & Payment

• The remaining balance cannot be paid by card at the studio. (Cash receipt available.)
• Reservations may be automatically cancelled if multiple time slots are booked without a genuine intention to proceed, or for the purpose of holding availability.
• Your reservation will only be confirmed when the reservation name, bank transfer name, and payment amount all match exactly.
• Transfer names containing foreign characters, dates, or time information cannot be recognized, and split payments are not accepted.
• The deposit must be paid within 1 hour of booking. Payment confirmation takes approximately 1–3 hours. Please check your reservation status in My Page. (No separate notification will be sent.)

➋ Arrival & Photo Session

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time. Entry earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment is not permitted.
• The photo session will begin immediately at the reserved time. No additional preparation time will be provided.
• Guests are not allowed to enter. Even for consecutive bookings, only the customer scheduled for that time slot may enter.

➌ Late Arrival & No-Show Policy ★Important★

• If you arrive late, your photo session and retouching time will be shortened by the amount of time you are late.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes after your reservation time will be treated as a No-Show, regardless of the reason. Refunds and rescheduling will not be available.
  (This applies to all circumstances, including personal reasons, COVID-19, emergency room visits, etc.)
• The 10-minute No-Show policy does not mean arriving up to 10 minutes late is acceptable. Please arrive on time.

All appointments include preparation, shooting, and the overall session schedule. These policies are in place to ensure smooth operation and consistent service quality for all customers.

➍ Retouching

• Retouching is performed with a natural look as the standard, while accommodating requests whenever possible.
• Retouching is reviewed and finalized on-site.
• Once completed, additional retouching or reshooting is not available.

➎ Cancellation & Refund Policy

Based on the scheduled photo session date

• 14 days or more before: Full refund
• 13–8 days before: 50% refund
• 7 days before through the day of the session: No refund

• Cancellations must be requested through My Page.
• To change your package or appointment date, please cancel your existing reservation and make a new one. The same cancellation policy and applicable fees will apply.
• Reservations may be transferred to another person.
• Refunds are processed manually after staff verification and may take some time.
