When transferring the payment, make sure theย payer's name matches your registered name.
(If the names differ or are in a foreign language, the system may not process your reservation.)
Please check โMy Pageโย 3 hours after paymentย to confirm whether your reservation was successfully processed.
The payment deadline is 1 hour.
If multiple reservations are made under one account but only one is paid for, it may be considered an attempt to hold slots. In this case, payment confirmation will be put on hold, and the reservation may be automatically canceled.

2. Cancellation Policy
Our service operates on aย 100% 1:1 appointment-only basis, so a cancellation fee will be charged as below.
Please make your reservation carefully. You are responsible for any issues caused by not reviewing the policy in advance.

3. Late Arrival & No-show Policy
Please arriveย at least 5 minutes before your reserved timeย to get ready.
If you arrive at or after the reserved time, the shoot will begin immediately with no preparation time.
If you are more than 10 minutes late,
your appointment will be marked as a no-show, and refunds or rescheduling will not be allowedโregardless of the reason.
